Shipping Policy

Babyshop is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Any damages incurred to the product during transit and as reported by customer will be escalated to shipping partner and resolution as deemed fit by Babyshop in the best interest of customer will be communicated to the customer. Following are some of the Frequently asked questions:

1. When will I receive my order?
   Orders are usually delivered within 3-5 working days for inside Java Island and up to 7 working days for outside Java. Bulky products may take longer time to be delivered.
2. What if I am not at home when my order arrives?
   If you are not at home, our delivery partner will call you to schedule a day and time that is convenient for you. If you miss this delivery, they will make two more attempts.
3. Are there areas you don't deliver to?
   If the postal code of your address is not serviceable, our website will notify you at the time of placing the order.
4. Does delivery take longer to some areas?
   Delivery may take a few extra days to outside Java. Bulky products may take longer time to be delivered.
5. Will my order be delivered as complete order?
   Based on product availability, we always attempt to ship out the complete orders. However, on account of certain scenarios we may ship out partial orders to you. You will be contacted by customer service in such an event.
6. Will I be charged for delivery?
   Your delivery charges will be displayed during the checkout process.
